Divide the day into three stages. In the morning, when awakening, surrender yourself to the Father, the creator who offers you His Son as food. After Mass surrender yourself to the Son who is already within you, and take you rest in the Holy Spirit, who is Love. ... I asked you to awaken in the arms of the Father because each one of your mornings is a new creation; I have asked you to sleep in the Holy Spirit, because our last breath should be in Love.
